Work by Hume-Fogg visual arts students is going on public display at the Taylor Swift Education Center of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, as part of a student and community art exhibition on the theme of Connection.
Congratulations to Shayna Snider and her students. Getting student work onto the walls of a downtown institution is not a small thing, and it is worth the trip to go and see it.
An artist in residence
The same week, Ms. Snider’s ART III students worked with visiting artist in residence César Pita, making expressive clay masks.
And on stage
Congratulations as well to Mr. Bruce and the Blue Knight theatre students on a strong run of “Bright Star.”
